Villa opening event successful at The Isles of Collier Preserve
Naples, FL (February 15, 2015) The Isles of Collier Preserve grand opening event on Feb. 7 to unveil four new luxury villa models was attended by more than 500.
Visitors also took guided electric boat tours of the Cypress Waterway, nature trail tours and tours of the 7,330-squarefoot Discovery Sales Center with its recreated natural cypress wetland.
One-story villas range from 1,565 to 1,862 square feet under air, and include two or three bedrooms, a den or hobby room, great room, dining room, two baths, a covered lanai and a two-car garage.
According to Minto Senior Vice President William Bullock, “Buyer interest and sales activity at The Isles of Collier Preserve has been consistently high since opening last year. Minto has expanded product offerings to provide buyers with a wide range of home options and pricing. “Pricing on our new luxury villas starting
in the mid-$300s represents an unprecedented value in the Naples market.”

Single-family homes at The Isles of Collier Preserve are priced from the high $400s to more than $1.5 million, and range from 2,016 to 4,327 square feet under air. One-, two- and three-story coach home
selections range from 1,621 to 2,960 square feet under air, and are priced from the low $400s to the $600s.
