Move-in ready homes offered at The Isles of Collier Preserve

Minto Communities announced that four new move-in ready homes are available at The Isles of Collier Preserve in Naples. Limited time incentives of up to $20,000 to be applied toward closing costs or options are available on homes closing on or before December 30, 2015. Move-in ready homes include the Plumeria and Wisteria single family model homes, the Honeysuckle villa, and the Poinciana coach home.

Naples, FL (November 8, 2015) The Plumeria single-family home is a former model with 4,049 total square feet and 2,781 square feet under air. It includes two bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a three-car garage, casita, den and wet bar, outdoor kitchen with a fireplace, and unique pool with waterfall. The Plumeria is loaded with extra features and designer upgrades and is priced at $1,035,932, with a limited time incentive of $10,000.

The Wisteria single-family home is also a former model with 3,111 total square feet and 2,390 square feet under air. It includes three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a two-car garage, den, pool and spa, outdoor kitchen and water views. The Wisteria includes designer features and upgrades and is priced at $802,625, with a limited time incentive of $10,000.

The Poinciana coach home has 2,736 total square feet with 1,952 square feet under air. It includes three bedrooms, two baths, a two car-garage and a second-floor private elevator. The Poinciana is priced at $510,290, with a limited time incentive of $20,000.

The Honeysuckle villa is 2,476 square feet with 1,783 square feet under air. It includes two bedrooms, two baths, den, two-car garage with pool and water views. The Honeysuckle is priced at $519,860, with a limited time incentive of $10,000.

The Isles of Collier Preserve is an ecofriendly community that is bordered by the Rookery Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve, Naples Botanical Garden and Dollar Bay.
