Move-in ready homes by Minto Communities available at TwinEagles

Minto Communities announced that two new move-in ready homes are available in TwinEagles. Limited time incentives of $35,000 to be applied toward closing costs or options are available on homes closing on or before Dec. 30, 2015. Move in ready homes include the Prestwick and Turnberry single-family homes in the Lockford neighborhood.

The home is on the Eagle golf course at TwinEagles, and features a northern golf course view. The Prestwick is priced at $684,289 with a limited time incentive of $35,000.

The Turnberry features 4,077 total square feet with 3,064 square feet under air. It includes three bedrooms, a den, three-and-a half baths and a three-car garage. This home is also on the Eagle golf course, and provides northern golf course fairway views. The Turnberry is priced at $769,643, with a limited time incentive of $35,000.

Minto features two decorated models open for viewing at TwinEagles in the Lockford neighborhood. Minto offers eight home designs in TwinEagles, ranging from 2,642 to 3,811 square feet under air, priced starting in the mid-$500s. Golf membership initiation fee in the TwinEagles Golf Club is included with the purchase of every new Minto home at TwinEagles.
