Minto's Harbour Isle Beach Club nears completion

Minto Communities announces that construction is nearing completion on the Beach Club at Harbour Isle with opening scheduled for summer 2015. Harbour Isle is an award-winning, 220-acre island-living community of luxury coach homes and resort homes located directly on Anna Maria Sound in Bradenton, Florida.

The two-story Beach Club is 23,000-square-feet, and will include a wide range of luxury amenities including a 4,200-square-foot fitness center, second floor Sky Bar Lounge, Cabana Bar, resort-style pool, Jacuzzi, private lounging cabanas, yoga lawn, event lawn and beach recreation area for launching kayaks and paddleboards. The Beach Club architecture complements Harbour Isle’s southern coastal-style architecture and design.

According to Minto Senior Vice President William Bullock, “Minto has taken great care to assure that every design decision made at Harbour Isle maintains the integrity of this rare island location and the surrounding waters. For example, the Beach Club is built on a portion of the island that already provides unobstructed water views of Anna Maria Sound and Anna Maria Island. We were thoughtful on placement of the Beach Club, and chose a location that had a lack of shoreline vegetation, thus minimizing environmental impact.”

Harbour Isle recently won nine 2015 Manatee-Sarasota Building Industry Association (MSBIA) Parade of Homes awards, including “Best Overall Community.” The community’s gated entry, distinguished by a lighthouse-inspired observation tower, overlooks a Royal Palm-lined streetscape bordering a 38-acre lake at the center of the community. A two-mile walking path encircles the island. In addition to the Beach Club each neighborhood within Harbour Isle also has its own private amenities that include resort-style pools, private cabanas, kayak launch, firepit, outdoor kitchen and more. The Harbour Isle Marina with wet and dry storage, restaurants, and ship’s store is planned to open in 2016.

Minto recently unveiled new floorplan designs for Marina Walk, the newest neighborhood at Harbour Isle featuring resort homes. Construction is underway on the models for Marina Walk, with the Mariner, Nautica and Oceana models projected to open January 2016. Marina Walk resort homes offer magnificent views of Anna Maria Sound or the Harbour Isle lagoon.

Priced from the $500s, Marina Walk resort homes range from 1,483 square feet under air to 1,650 square feet under air. These unique homes include 2 to 3 bedrooms with 2 to 3 bathrooms, luxurious master suites with spacious walk-in closets, and gourmet island kitchens that open to dramatic living room and dining room areas. Expansive screened lanais provide outdoor living space and spectacular views.

Harbour Isle has been developed without utilizing Community Development District (CDD) funding. This means residents won't see annual CDD assessments on their tax bill, which saves them thousands of dollars over the life of their home.

Harbour Isle is located at 12300 Manatee Avenue in Bradenton, Florida. The Harbour Isle sales center is open Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Sunday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. For information, call 888-827-3061 or visit
