Minto's Bonita Isles nearing sell out

Fewer than 10 home sites and only two of four move-in ready models remain available for sale at the award-winning Bonita Isles development by Minto Communities.  Bonita Isles, located in Bonita Springs, has experienced brisk sales activity since opening in 2013, and is one of Southwest Florida’s fastest selling communities.

Popular amenities at Bonita Isles include the Island Club, uniquely situated on an island in the center of the community’s expansive lake. The Island Club features a spacious covered entertainment terrace with bar, grill area and covered dining, state-of-the-art fitness center, two tennis courts, resort-style swimming pool and stunning waterfalls that flow into the surrounding lake.

Minto recently released the community’s four model homes for sale, and two already have sold. Remaining move-in ready models are the Venecia single-family home and Roma paired villa. Both are located on the community’s expansive and picturesque lake.

The Venecia single-family model is priced at $619,900, and is 2,387 square feet under air.  It includes three bedrooms, den, two-and-a-half baths and two-car garage, and features a custom-designed, disappearing edge pool, spa and summer kitchen. The luxurious master suite includes bay windows, double vanities in the master bath, spacious built-in closet system and lyric sound system. Kitchen features include a walk-in pantry, built-in desk, double wall ovens, quartz countertops and upgraded appliances. Additional luxury touches include durable and easy-care porcelain tile floors that have the appearance of wood, crown molding and designer lighting and fan package.

The Roma paired-villa model is priced at $446,900, and is 1,780 square feet under air.  It includes two bedrooms, two baths and two-car garage. Luxury features include granite countertops throughout, wood floors in common areas, large wrap-around granite kitchen counter, upgraded appliances throughout, oversized laundry room and extensive wood trim.

Bonita Isles offers a wide selection of floor plan choices, including four single-family home floor plans and one villa floor plan model home.  To add to the community’s Mediterranean ambiance, all homes feature tile roofs.

According to Minto Senior Vice President William Bullock, “Bonita Isles is a major success story.  It is very attractive to those seeking a conveniently located, resort-style community and luxury home at a competitive price. In addition, Bonita Springs is a highly desirable community with easy access to the beautiful beaches and waters of the Gulf of Mexico as well as outstanding cultural, shopping and entertainment amenities.”

Bonita Isles has been developed without utilizing Community Development District (CDD) funding. This means buyers won’t see annual CDD assessments on their tax bill. This saves homeowners thousands of dollars over the life of their home.

Bonita Isles is located at the center of Bonita Springs at Bernwood Parkway, 0.5 miles east of U.S. 41, just minutes from Coconut Point Mall and Southwest Florida’s beautiful beaches. Bonita Isles model hours are Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. For information on Bonita Isles, call (888) 422-7165 or visit mintofla.com.
