Minto presents move-in ready homes in Lake Nona's Laureate Park

Minto Communities announces that three new move-in ready homes are available in Minto’s charming Laureate Park neighborhood at Lake Nona in Orlando with limited-time buyer incentives ranging from $5,000-$12,500 to apply toward closing costs or options. Two move-in ready single-family homes, the Porter and the Hopkins, are available now. The third, the Kendall, is a townhome and will be available in November.

The two-story Porter single-family home is 4,313 square feet with 2,900 square feet under air. It includes three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, den, loft and two-car garage. It is priced at $470,913, and for a limited time, a $12,500 incentive is available to apply toward closing costs or options.

The two-story Hopkins single-family home is 4,512 square feet with 3,159 square feet under air. It includes four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, den, loft and two-car garage. It is priced at $517,060, and for a limited time, a $12,500 incentive is available to apply toward closing costs or options.

The two-story Kendall courtyard home is 2,789 square feet with 1,944 square feet under air and includes three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, loft and two-car garage. It is priced at $298,560, and for a limited time, a $5,000 incentive is available to apply toward closing costs or options.

Laureate Park’s engaging modern transitional architectural style presents a welcoming neighborhood ambiance. Single-family floor plans include three or four bedrooms, plus loft, and all have two-car garages. Homes range in size from 1,951 square feet under air to 3,159 square feet under air. Options are available to add a second floor retreat and three-car garage to selected floor plans.  Pricing for single-family homes starts in the low $300’s.

Three courtyard home floor plans range from 1,650 square feet under air to 1,944 square feet under air, and include two or three bedrooms, plus a unique loft with 10’ ceilings that can function as playroom, hobby room or private retreat. All have two-car garages. Courtyard homes are priced from the mid- $200s.
