Minto presents grand opening event for new villa models at The Isles of Collier Preserve

Naples, FL — Minto Communities presents a grand opening event to introduce four new villa models at The Isles of Collier Preserve on Saturday, February 7, from Noon to 4 p.m.  These new, furnished luxury villa models — the Fresia, Petunia, Mimosa and Dahlia — will be showcased and open to the public.  In addition three furnished coach home models and four furnished single-family models will be available for touring.

Grand opening events include trolley tours to the new villa models as well as the seven single family and coach home models; guided electric boat and kayak tours of the Cypress Waterway; nature trail tours, and tours of the award-winning, 7,330-square-foot Discovery Sales Center with its recreated natural cypress wetland.

“More than 70 happy homeowners have moved into The Isles of Collier Preserve since our grand opening last February, and we have approximately 100 homes currently under construction,” notes Minto Senior Vice President William Bullock. “It has been a fantastic first year, and those who visited last February for the community launch will be amazed at the progress over the past year.  The home sites in our newest phase have unparalleled water and preservation views.  We have expanded our product offerings with prices starting in the mid- $300's to well over $1.5 million.  People owe it to themselves to come out and take a look at the premiere active lifestyle community in Naples.”

The Isles Club at The Isles of Collier Preserve also is under construction, and slated for completion in the fall of 2015. The Isles Club design was inspired by the charming coastal cottage style of the original Naples Beach Hotel built in 1888. Amenities include a luxurious, resort-style swimming pool and lap pool with private, poolside cabanas; tennis and bocce ball courts; fitness lawn and lushly landscaped event courtyard, and kayak and paddleboard launch.

A recognized leader in green construction, Minto now offers 43 innovative, energy-efficient home designs at The Isles of Collier Preserve, including villas, coach home and an expanded selection of single-family homes. Minto’s new villa homes range in size from 1,565 square feet to 1,862 square feet under air.  These one-story villas include two to three bedrooms, den or hobby room, great room, dining room, two baths, covered lanai and two-car garages. Pricing is from the mid-$300s to the low-$400s. “Prospective home buyers now have the opportunity to purchase a luxury home priced from just the mid-$300s at The Isles of Collier Preserve,” notes Bullock. “This represents an incredible value in the Naples market.”

The Isles of Collier Preserve is located just four miles east of downtown Naples. This uniquely sited, 2,400-acre community is bordered on the south by Rookery Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve, the north by Naples Botanical Garden, and the west by Dollar Bay. More than half of The Isles of Collier Preserve lands are dedicated to preserves and natural habitat connected by a network of recreational trails, bike paths and waterways for kayaking.

“The Isles of Collier Preserve has been meticulously planned by Minto to create a sustainable community that is in harmony with nature, reflective of Collier County history, and a model for others to follow,” notes Bullock.

Homes at The Isles of Collier Preserve complement their natural surroundings in a style inspired by the classic coastal architecture of Old Naples. Eight new luxury single-family home models will open later this spring and will be showcased in the new Model Court.

Single-family homes at The Isles of Collier Preserve are priced from the high $400s to more than $1.5 million and range in size from 2,016 square feet to 4,327 square feet under air. All feature gourmet kitchens with expansive islands, open floor plans, unique guest quarters, and luxurious outdoor living areas with unobstructed views to the beautiful outdoors.  Minto recently released 28 large single-family home lots for sale, including 50-foot and 62-foot lots to accommodate new larger home designs.
