Minto opens model court at The Isles of Collier Preserve

Naples, FL (April 26, 2015) Minto Communities recently opened a model court at The Isles of Collier Preserve. Minto offers 43 home designs in the community.

Eleven fully-furnished single-family home and villa models are showcased in the model court. They include seven single-family home models and four one-story villa models from Minto’s new classic coastal home collections. In addition, Minto offers three award winning coach home models for touring in the community.

The Isles of Collier Preserve is located just four miles east of downtown Naples. The community is bordered on the south by Rookery Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve, on the north by Naples Botanical Garden, and the west by Dollar Bay. More than half of The Isles of Collier Preserve’s 2,400 acres is dedicated to preserves and natural habitat connected by a network of recreational trails, bike paths and waterways for kayaking.

Single-family homes are priced from the high $400,000s to more than $1 million, and range from 2,016 square feet under air to 4,327 square feet under air.

Villas are priced starting from the mid-$300,000s, and range from 1,565 square feet under air to 1,862 square feet under air. One-, two- and three-story coach home selections are priced from the low $400,000s to the $600,000s. Coach homes range in size from 1,621 square feet under air to 2,960 square feet under air.
