Minto introduces its new Tamarind Grande model

Minto Communities announces the grand opening of a new single-family home model at The Isles of Collier Preserve in Naples — the Tamarind Grande. The two-story model includes 5,892 square feet with 4,037 square feet under air.

Naples, FL (July 19, 2015) The Tamarind Grande’s features include two guest casitas that open directly onto the 1,100-square-foot interior courtyard with pool, spa and fountain feature. An expansive 700-square-foot lanai with unobstructed water views includes an outdoor kitchen and outdoor living room with 12-foot-high wood ceiling.

The second floor guest casita has its own private balcony that connects to a recreation room with large bar area and home office. Minto introduces its new Tamarind Grande model including the two guest casita bedrooms and baths, the Tamarind Grande has four bedrooms, four full baths and two half baths. The first-floor master suite offers a secluded poolside sanctuary and includes two large walk-in closets and elegant master bath with double vanities. A two-car and a one-car garage accommodate vehicles as well as provide additional storage.

The gourmet kitchen with island opens to the great room with 12-to-14-foot double tray ceilings.
