Minto Communities presents eight new models in Verona - Sun City Center's last remaining new neighborhood
Minto Communities is presenting eight new fully-furnished models in the last remaining new neighborhood ever to be built within historic Sun City Center near Tampa. Four luxury single-family models and four luxury paired villa models now are open for viewing. Verona features a private gated entrance, resort-style pool, and selection of six villa floor plans and nine single-family home floor plans from Minto.
Fully furnished single-family home models include the Laguna, Palisade, Montecito and Solana. Single-family homes range in size from 1,683 square feet under air to 2,557 square feet under air, and are priced from the low $200s. Distinctive Minto design features include bright, open living areas, designer kitchens and generously sized master suites and master baths with spacious his and her closets.
