Minto Communities announces grand opening of Verona at Sun City Center Four new paired villa models open for viewing

Sun City Center, FL — Minto Communities announces the grand opening of four new luxury paired villa models in Verona, a gated enclave within the historic community of Sun City Center near Tampa, Florida.  Verona features a private gated entrance, resort-style pool, and a selection of six paired villa floor plans and nine single-family home floor plans with 200+ lots planned at build out.

Four fully furnished, luxury paired villa models are open for viewing in Verona — the Palm, Banyan, Buttonwood and Magnolia.
