Minto Communities announces Grand Opening of Festival in Orlando on May 16 and 17 Five luxury resort villa models open for tours
Minto Communities hosts a grand opening event for Festival™ — an exciting 200+-acre luxury resort-style residential community in Orlando — on Saturday, May 16 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday, May 17, from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. Festival is just five miles from Walt Disney World®, between I-4 and Ronald Reagan Parkway in ChampionsGate.
Five resort vacation villa models will be open for tours. Two-story villas are priced from the mid-$200s, and range in size from 1,605 to 2,232 square feet under air, plus optional cabana bath. All include a private covered and screened lanai and plunge pool. Uniquely designed floor plans offer options ranging from three bedrooms with loft to five bedrooms and as many as five-and-a-half bathrooms. Plans call for 500 two-story luxury vacation villas.
The Downtown Festival town center, scheduled for completion this summer, will include dining, resort-style pool with private cabanas, kids’ water park, fitness center and other recreational amenities as well as a general store, ice cream parlor, hi-tech video arcade, Florida-style bar and grill, putt-putt golf course and volleyball courts.
