With this new home automation program, homeowners can rest easy knowing that the system responsible for bringing clean, fresh air into their home is being closely monitored and controlled, and running smoothly — even when they are away.
In partnership with Enercare Smarter Home™, new homeowners will have control of the heating, cooling, and performance of their home all from one easy to use mobile app. Smarter Homes provide peace of mind and greater comfort to help homeowners live better.

The package comes complete with a smart thermostat and water leak sensor. Now homeowners can do more to prevent water damage and use less energy to heat and cool their homes. Each component feeds its data to the Smarter Home Hub to be collected and analyzed. Homeowners can monitor the performance of their heating and cooling systems directly through the app, and will receive a notification if a water leak or performance issue with their heating and cooling system is detected, before a small issue turns into a costly repair.
Homeowners with mid-2019 closing dates or later in the Avalon Encore, Riversbend, Quinn's Pointe, Mahogany, Morgan's Creek, and Arcadia communities (including Infusion Terrace Homes in Harmony) will be eligible to receive the Smarter Homes Starter Package at no cost for the first three years with no contracts and no obligations. Homeowners can increase the connectivity of their home by purchasing different upgrade options, such as door locks, cameras, lights, outlets, doorbell camera and much more – which can be controlled by the Smarter Home app anytime, anywhere.
