Minto Communities Celebrates Opening of Bonita Isles with Bonita Springs Area Chamber of Commerce Ribbon Cutting and Reception

 

Naples, FL — Minto Communities introduced Bonita Isles — the company’s newest community — with a formal ribbon cutting ceremony with Mayor Ben Nelson, city officials, Bonita Springs Area Chamber of Commerce officers and Chamber Ambassadors. A reception followed that was attended by 40 community leaders.  

 

Bonita Isles is located at Bernwood Parkway, 0.5 miles east of U.S. 41. Four models are open for viewing. Single-family homes range from 1,919 to 2,387 square feet under air. Luxury paired villas range in size from 1,565 to 1,862 square feet under air. Homes range in price from the low $200s to mid $300s+. When completed, Bonita Isles will include more than 200 single-family homes and paired villas.

 

Bonita Isles features a large lake, natural preserve, and the Island Club, a unique amenities-island at the center of the community that will include fitness center, two tennis courts, resort-style swimming pool and expansive lanai with outdoor grill.
