Minto Commercial receives BOMA BEST® Platinum certification for three Ottawa office towers
Ottawa, ON (Feb. 17, 2021) - /CNW/ - Minto Commercial is proud to announce that three of its Ottawa office towers have received the Building Owners and Managers Association of Canada (BOMA) BEST® Platinum certification. Recognized for energy management, 180 Kent Street, 344 Slater Street (Canada building) and 427 Laurier Avenue (Enterprise building) are among only five commercial real estate office towers in Ottawa to be recognized with this distinction.

BOMA BEST® is Canada's largest environmental assessment and certification program for existing buildings. This unique, voluntary and cost-effective program provides building owners and managers with a roadmap for operational improvement while passing on significant cost savings to tenants through greater energy, water and waste efficiencies.
