Minto Apartments honoured with ‘Renovation of the Year’ award at the CFAA National Rental Housing Awards

Toronto, ON (May 17, 2019) – Minto Apartments was presented with the ‘Renovation of the Year’ award by the Canadian Federation of Apartment Associations (CFAA) on May 14th, 2019. The CFAA National Awards program acknowledges excellence and notable achievements of landlords, suppliers and landlord associations in the rental housing industry.

The Renovation of the Year award recognized Minto Apartments for the renovation of its interior lobby spaces at High Park Village in Toronto. Designing functional areas that residents can enjoy as an extension of their home, the renovation program included a new conversation area, workplace, and reading space with modern wall coverings and colours creating a clean, contemporary look. Sustainable elements such as energy-efficient LED pot lights and double-pane glazing units were incorporated to create an environmentally friendly area where residents can commune, work and relax.
