Minto Announces Final Phase of Villa Home Sales at LakePark at Tradition
Last 184 villa homesites to be released as new amenities center is set to open in October
Port St. Lucie, Fla. – (September 6, 2018) – Minto Communities will launch sales for the final phase of its popular villa home collection at LakePark at Tradition on September 14th. The award-winning developer/builder will release its last phase of 184 paired villas with prices starting in the low $200,000s.

Minto also announced that construction on the amenities center is wrapping up and should be open to homeowners in October.
