Hundreds attend grand opening of villa models in Collier Preserve

Naples, FL (February 19, 2015) More than 500 people attended the grand opening of four new villa models in The Isles of Collier Preserve by Minto Communities in early February. Guests also took guided electric boat tours of the Cypress Waterway, walked the community’s nature trails and toured its 7,330-square-foot sales center with a re-created cypress wetland.

The community’s one-story villas range from 1,565 to 1,862 square feet under air. Floor plans have two and three bedrooms, a den or hobby room, great room, dining room, two baths, covered lanai and two-car garages.

Pricing begins in the mid-$300,000s. Buyer interest and sales activity at The Isles of Collier Preserve has been consistently high since opening last year, according to William Bullock, senior vice president for Minto.

The developer now offers 43 innovative, energy-efficient home designs at The Isles of Collier Preserve. These include villas, coach home and an expanded selection of single-family homes, all of which complement their natural surroundings in a style inspired by the classic coastal architecture of Old Naples.

Eight new luxury single-family home models will open later this spring in the new model court. The Isles Club at The Isles of Collier Preserve is slated for completion in the fall of 2015. Amenities include a luxurious, resort-style swimming pool and lap pool with private, poolside cabanas; tennis and bocce ball courts; fitness lawn and lushly landscaped event courtyard; and kayak and paddleboard launch.

Entrance to The Isles of Collier Preserve is just four miles east of downtown Naples. The 2,400-acre community is bordered on the south by Rookery Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve, the north by Naples Botanical Garden and the west by Dollar Bay. More than half of The Isles of Collier Preserve lands are dedicated to preserves and natural habitat connected by a network of recreational trails, bike paths and waterways for kayaking.

Single-family homes at The Isles of Collier Preserve are priced from the high $400,000s to more than $1.5 million and range in size from 2,016 to 4,327 square feet under air. All feature gourmet kitchens with expansive islands, open floor plans, unique guest quarters and luxurious outdoor living areas with unobstructed views.

Minto recently released 28 single family home lots for sale, including 50-foot and 62-foot lots to accommodate new larger home designs. One-, two- and three-story coach home selections range in size from 1,621 to 2,960 square feet under air, and are priced from the low $400,000s to the $600,000s. Coach homes include two-car garages and private elevators. Minto’s many distinctive luxury touches include architecturally detailed ceiling treatments, open floor plans, large eat-in kitchens and formal dining rooms.

Minto developed The Isles of Collier Preserve using its own funding sources, electing not to utilize Community Development District funds and saving homeowners at The Isles of Collier Preserve annual assessments that can range from $1,000 to $2,000 per year for up to 30 years.

The sales center at The Isles of Collier Preserve is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Saturday and from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., Sunday. Free electric boat tours are available 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday-Saturday and noon to 4 p.m. Sunday.
