Grand opening for new villa models at The Isles of Collier Preserve by Minto
Naples, FL (February 01, 2015) Minto Communities is presenting a grand opening event to introduce four new villa models at The Isles of Collier Preserve on Saturday, Feb. 7, from noon to 4 p.m.
These new, furnished luxury villa models — the Fresia, Petunia, Mimosa and Dahlia—will be showcased and open to the public.
In addition three furnished coach home models and four furnished single-family models will be available for touring.
Grand opening events include trolley tours to the new villa models as well as the seven single-family and coach home models; guided electric boat and kayak tours of the Cypress Waterway; nature trail tours, and tours of the 7,330-square foot Discovery Sales Center with its recreated natural cypress wetland.
“More than 70 homeowners have moved into The Isles of Collier Preserve since our grand opening last February, and we have approximately 100 homes currently under construction,” notes Minto Senior Vice President William Bullock. “It has been a fantastic first year, and those who visited last February for the community launch will be amazed at the progress over the past year. Single-family homes at The Isles of Collier Preserve are priced from the high-$400s to more than $1.5 million and range from 2,016 to4,327 square feet under air.
All feature gourmet kitchens with expansive islands, open floor plans, unique guest quarters, and outdoor living areas with unobstructed views to the outdoors. Minto recently released 28 large single-family home lots for sale, including 50-foot and 62-foot lots to accommodate new larger home designs.
