The community’s colorful Downtown Festival, scheduled for completion this summer, will be a vibrant town center with resort-style pool with private cabanas, kids’ water park, fitness center and other resort amenities as well as a general store, ice cream parlor, hi-tech video arcade, Florida-style bar and grill, putt-putt golf course and volleyball courts.
Five resort vacation villa models at Festival now are open for tours. Two-story villas are priced from the mid-$200s, and range in size from 1,605 to 2,232 square feet under air, plus optional cabana bath. All include a private covered and screened lanai and personal plunge pool. Floor plans are designed to accommodate residents and guests with flexible options ranging from three bedrooms with loft to five bedrooms and as many as five-and-a-half bathrooms. Plans call for 500 two-story luxury vacation villas.
