Double Win for Minto Properties at FRPO's Awards Gala
Minto Properties has earned two prestigious industry accolades at the 2011 Federation of Rental-housing Providers of Ontario (FRPO) MAC (Marketing, Achievement and Construction) Awards and was also named finalist in four other categories.
Every year FRPO members come together, at the annual Awards Gala Dinner, to celebrate businesses and individuals who are leaders in the residential rental housing industry. Minto Properties is excited to announce receiving the following awards:
- Property Management Website Award – Corporate Branding
Received in recognition of the rentals section of minto.com which provides residents and prospective residents with a customer-centric online home hunting tool. With simple search criteria, easy navigation and a number of interactive features, the site is a total user experience that reflects the needs of our renters and the Minto brand.
- Environmental Award of Excellence – Richgrove Village
Received in recognition of the work carried out to promote a greener environment by lessening energy consumption and by developing an eco-friendly building at Richgrove Village. In particular, Minto’s commitment to adopting urban sustainability principles in its planning, design and construction as well as the use of green building and construction technologies reduces the overall environmental footprint of the property.
