Construction is nearing completion on Minto's Festival resort community in Orlando
Construction is nearing completion on Festival™, a 200+-acre luxury resort-style residential community by Minto Communities. Festival is located just five miles from Walt Disney World® in Orlando, between I-4 and Ronald Reagan Parkway. Festival’s gated neighborhoods and resort-style amenities are surrounded by natural Florida woodlands and lakes.
Construction on Festival’s five villa models will be completed this May. Two-story villas are priced from the mid-$200s, and range in size from 1,605 to 2,232 square feet under air, plus optional cabana bath. All include a private covered and screened lanai and plunge pool. Uniquely designed floor plans offer options ranging from three bedrooms with loft to five bedrooms and as many as five-and-a-half bathrooms. Plans call for 500 two-story luxury vacation villas.
Construction also is progressing on Downtown Festival for completion this summer. Downtown Festival will be a vibrant town center with dining, resort-style pool with private cabanas, kids’ water park, fitness center and many other recreational amenities as well as a general store, ice cream parlor, hi-tech video arcade, Florida-style bar and grill, putt-putt golf course and volleyball courts.
