Bonita Isles nearly sold out
Bonita Springs, FL (March 01, 2015) Bonita Isles by Minto Communities is far ahead of the company’s anticipated schedule for the sell out of their new Bonita Springs community.
Bonita Isles has been a major draw for homebuyers looking for a conveniently located resort-style community and luxury home at a competitive price.
The Salerno model at Bonita Isles received a 2014 Lee Building Industry (BIA) Parade of Homes Superior Home Award for Best Landscape Design, Best Bath, Best Livability, Best Interior Design, Best Outdoor Living and Best Pool.
The Salerno also received the 2015 BIA Parade of Homes Superior Home Award for Best Landscape Design and Best Bath. The Salerno also was recognized with a 2014 CBIA Parade of Homes award. According to Minto Senior Vice President William Bullock, “Bonita Isles is a major success story. Sales activity has been phenomenal from the moment the community opened. The first phase of Bonita Isles sold out within a year of opening for sales, and we have only 30 lots remaining in our final phase.”
Bonita Isles offers a wide selection of floor plan choices, including four single family home floor plans and five villa floor plans. To add to the community’s Mediterranean ambiance, all homes feature
tile roofs.
Four models are open for viewing. In addition to the Salerno is the Venecia single-family home and two luxury villas, the Barcelona and Roma. All feature open floor plans and include two-car garages, covered entries and covered, screened lanais. Luxury villas range from 1,565 to 1,862 square feet under air. Single-family homes range from 1,919 to 2,387 square feet under air. Pricing ranges from the mid-$200s to $300s.
Amenities at Bonita Isles include the Island Club, uniquely situated on an island in the center of the community’s lake. A covered terrace includes a bar and grill area and covered dining and gathering area. The Island Club also features a fitness center, two tennis courts and resort style swimming pool. Waterfalls flow into the surrounding lake.
Bullock attributes the Bonita Isles success story to the quality and price point of Minto homes, the community’s resort-style amenities, and central location between Naples and Fort Myers. In addition, Bonita Isles is close to beaches, state parks, cultural and entertainment offerings, restaurants and shopping that includes nearby Coconut Point Mall.
Bonita Isles has been developed without using Community Development District (CDD) funding. This means buyers won’t see annual CDD assessments on their tax bill. This saves homeowners thousands of dollars over the life of their home. Bonita Isles is at the center of Bonita Springs at Bernwood Parkway, 1/2-mile east of U.S. 41. The sales center is at 9008 Isla Bella Circle.
