An industry leader, Minto Communities took home awards in nearly every category including the Best Amenity award for Towers 1 and 2 of the North Oak project in Oakville
Minto Communities GTA is the proud recipient of eight wins at the Durham Region Home Builders Association (DRHBA) 2022 Awards of Excellence, held last month. Successful wins were split across the excellence in home production and marketing categories, with the 90-acre master-planned community The Heights of Harmony receiving top recognition.
Our Minto Communities GTA team was recently named Ontario Green Builder of the Year – Low Rise at the EnerQuality EQ Awards. This award recognizes the builder that raises the bar for the rest of the industry in energy efficiency and environmental stewardship. Our team continues to demonstrate exceptional industry standards through sustainable building design and techniques, from AeroBarrier air sealing technology and Electrical Vehicle (EV) charging stations, to EnerGuide, ENERGY STAR and LEED energy validation, and much more.
Minto Communities Ottawa was honoured with four awards at the Greater Ottawa Home Builders’ Association’s (GOHBA) 38th Annual Housing Design Awards held on November 19, 2021, including Production Builder of the Year and three individual awards for the 2020 Minto Dream Home (“The Bohemian”), designed and built for CHEO’s Dream of a Lifetime Lottery.
Hosted by the Ottawa Business Journal and Ottawa Board of Trade, winners were chosen by UOttawa, Carleton University, Algonquin College and La Cite Collegial for hiring multiple students per work term and providing a high-quality learning environment.
