Minto Communities wins seven 2018 Eliant Homebuyers Choice Awards

Tampa, FL - (April 11, 2018) - Minto Communities Vice President Steve Svopa announces that Minto Communities has received seven 2018 Eliant Homebuyers’ Choice Awards. Eliant is a customer experience management company that has surveyed buyers of new homes in North America for more than 34 years.  

Homebuyers’ Choice awards are presented annually to homebuilders throughout the United States judged by their own homebuyers to have provided the best customer experience. Minto has received consistently high rankings from Eliant Customer Service Surveys since joining the program. Winning homebuilders were selected based on results from 128,200 surveys that were administered to all recent homeowners from more than 156 major homebuilders across the U.S. 

Minto earned a First Place award for Overall First-Year Quality in the high volume builder category for customer construction experience, purchase experience, design selection experience, and first year quality. Minto also received three awards based on individual performance, earning first place for construction representative of the year, second place for design representative of the year, and honorable mention for construction representative of the year. Additionally, Minto received second place in the design selection experience category, an honorable mention in the first-year customer service experience category, and a third place in the overall home purchase and ownership experience category.
