When you choose Minto Apartments, you have 7 days from the start date of your tenancy to make sure you made the right decision. If you are not completely satisfied with our product or services within the first 7 days of moving in, you can advise our management team and cancel your tenancy agreement without penalty.

24/7 Emergency Service
Emergencies happen when you least expect them. So if you find yourself in an emergency situation in your Minto Apartments rental home, simply give us a call and we'll respond within 24 hours. For all other non-emergency requests, we’ll respond within two business days, if not sooner. To make things easier for you, you can even fill out a Service Request Form online to let us know about the issues you’re having.
