North Oak condos at Oakvillage features lifestyle and wellness amenities designed by award-winning interior design firm, figure3.
The latest phase in the master-planned North Oak at Oakvillage has an outdoorsy spirit. The 20-story, 207-unit building called North Oak is part of Oakvillage, a 93.5-acre master-planned community taking shape at Trafalgar Road and Dundas Street East in Oakville.
Established in 1982 by the Washington D.C.-based National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), The Nationals is NAHB’s largest and most prestigious awards competition, highlighting North America’s best new-home sales and marketing. Minto Communities GTA took home several awards across many categories, with three different projects in the region given specific honours.
Minto Communities GTA and Creative Energy broke ground on one of the GTA’s first geo-exchange community energy systems for the North Oak towers in Oakville.

A pit is deepening at The Saint. Site activity commenced in August of last year, when demolition began to clear the slate for the new development.
There is change happening in many parts of Oakville, but particularly in the north end of the city in and around Trafalgar Road and Dundas Street East. Minto Communities GTA and Distrikt continue to expand their footprint in Oakville with a variety of different housing projects.
More and more condos are being developed in Toronto with their own coworking spaces. At The Saint by Minto Communities GTA, there will be a 52nd floor coworking hub with WiFi, a kitchen, green roofs and a connection to outdoor terraces, as well as a ground floor co-working lobby lounge.
The Saint, Minto Communities GTA's and the Wallman Architects-designed project was resubmitted to the City for Site Plan Approval (SPA) in the final days of 2020. The latest SPA application follows a previous submission from June, 2020, addressing comments and concerns laid out by City staff regarding the 46-storey condominium tower's specifics.
