Builder to Deliver Phase II Homes This Fall
SUNRISE, Fla. – (August 10, 2017) – Minto Communities announced it is more than halfway sold out of the second and final phase of Artesia, an amenity-rich, resort-style community ideally located in Sunrise. The Florida-based developer is completing the final 123 townhomes, which are currently under construction. At 60 percent sold, Minto expects the first Phase II move-ins to occur this fall. Upon completion, Artesia will have a total of 837 condominiums and townhomes.
“As inventory tightens and median prices on existing homes continue approaching historic highs, now is a perfect time to buy new construction,” said Steve Svopa, vice president of Minto Communities. “The idea of fixing and updating an older home doesn’t have the same appeal to buyers who, for about the same price, can move into a brand-new, maintenance-free community.”
The remaining inventory at Artesia is priced starting in the $400,000s for Terrace Homes, which range in size from 1,669 to 2,113 square feet under air. The collection offers three or four bedrooms and two-and-a-half to three-and-a-half baths, depending upon the model. The Terrace Homes have two-car garages and private yards.
Minto is debuting new four-story Sky Villas in Phase II that are ideally suited for larger families and move-up buyers. Priced in the $500,000s, the collection ranges from 2,797 to 3,089 square feet under air and offer four or five bedrooms and three-and-a-half or four-and-a-half baths.
The most unique Sky Villa feature is a screened-in penthouse terrace perfect for relaxing and taking in beautiful panoramic views of the community. The Sky Villas also include a sky loft, two-car garage and private maintenance-free yards. Minto recently unveiled a virtual tour of the Cambria Sky Villa model using 3D technology.
“Since this is the first time we are introducing the Sky Villa homes, we wanted to create a captivating visual presentation to give buyers a realistic sense of what they can expect,” said Svopa. For a limited time, buyers can receive up to a $20,000 incentive on select Sky Villas and Terrace Homes.
