Orlando, FL — Minto Communities has completed five luxury resort vacation villa models at Festival™ — a 200+-acre private resort community in Orlando. Festival is located just five miles from Walt Disney World®, between I-4 and Ronald Reagan Parkway in ChampionsGate. Plans call for 500 uniquely designed luxury resort vacation villas.
Colorful vacation villa model names — Elation, Imagine, Jubilee, Marvel and Splendor — capture the sense of fun and adventure that draws millions from throughout the world to Orlando’s resorts and attractions. Vacation villas are priced from the mid-$200s, and range in size from 1,605 to 2,232 square feet under air, plus optional cabana bath. Each villa has its own private covered and screened lanai and plunge pool.
Uniquely designed floor plans accommodate a wide range of lifestyle needs, offering choices ranging from three bedrooms with loft to five bedrooms, as many as five-and-a-half bathrooms and spacious great rooms. The Elation model includes three bedrooms, two baths and great room, plus loft. The Imagine model includes four bedrooms, three baths and great room, plus loft. The Jubilee model includes four bedrooms, four baths and great room, plus loft. The Marvel model includes five bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths and great room, and the Splendor model includes five bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths and great room.
The Downtown Festival town center, scheduled for completion this summer, will include dining, resort-style pool with private cabanas, kids’ water park, fitness center and other recreational amenities as well as a general store, ice cream parlor, hi-tech video arcade, Florida-style bar and grill, putt-putt golf course and volleyball courts.
