Minto Communities wins eleven Aurora and Excel Awards
Orlando, FL (August 19, 2019) — Minto Communities was recognized by the Southeast Building Council (SEBC) with eleven Aurora and Excel awards for communities located in the City of Westlake, Naples and Daytona Beach, Florida and Hilton Head, South Carolina. Awards included the prestigious Grand Aurora Award for Best 55+ Living Community for Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head, in South Carolina.
The Aurora and Excel awards were presented at the SEBC’s Southeast Building Conference that took place in Orlando, Florida in August. The SEBC hosts the largest building industry trade show in the southeast. The Aurora Awards are presented annually for community planning, product design, and interior merchandising. Excel Awards recognize achievements in marketing, advertising and sales.
Minto's The Isles of Collier Preserve in Naples, Florida, won an Aurora Silver Award for Best Recreation Facility for the new Overlook Bar & Grill. Minto's Westlake community in the City of Westlake in Palm Beach County, Florida, received an Excel Award for Best Design Center.
Latitude Margaritaville communities developed by Minto and global brand Margaritaville Holdings won a total of nine awards. Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head, located in Hilton Head, South Carolina won two Aurora Awards: the Grand Award for Best 55+ Living Community and a Silver Award for Best Single–Family Detached Model for the Trinidad. Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach, located in Daytona Beach, Florida, won two Aurora Silver Awards for Best Single–Family Detached Model Home for both the Coconut and Aruba models, and five Excel Awards for Best Video, Best TV Commercial, Best Radio Commercial, Best Billboard and Best Sales Office.
