Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach to open private Beach Club
DAYTONA BEACH, FL (January 18, 2021) — Latitude Margaritaville residents now have their own private beachfront amenity, the Latitude Margaritaville Beach Club, overlooking the white sand beaches and sparkling waters of the Atlantic Ocean. The Beach Club opens at the end of the January, and is exclusively for Latitude Margaritaville residents and their guests.
The colorful, coastal-style architecture of the Beach Club continues the inviting island-inspired design that is seen throughout the Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach community. A 2,381 square foot open-air pavilion includes shaded seating and conversation areas, a tiki bar for special events and restroom and changing facilities. There also is a large resort-style pool, tiki cabana and lounging areas.
A complimentary shuttle service will transport residents from home to the Beach Club and back, and complimentary cabanas, teak and cloth beach chairs, and water toys are available by advance reservation for a fun day in the sun and surf.

The Beach Club is the newest addition to Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach's one-of-a-kind lifestyle that currently includes the Latitude Town Center, featuring a bandshell with full-size concert stage, big screen to show live concerts and movies and Town Square for dancing. There also is a state-of-the-art Fins Up! Fitness Center and tropical Paradise Pool with unique beach-style entry and its own swim up Tiki Island. Dining options include the Latitude Bar & Chill Restaurant and Changes in Attitude Bar that offers poolside drinks and dining. Additional outdoor amenities include tennis and pickleball courts, a walking trail and the Barkaritaville Dog Park.
Phase two amenities are under construction and include a Workin' N' Playin' Center where arts, crafts and other programs will be offered, Coconut Telegraph Business Center, and Last Mango Theater for shows, dances and banquets. Bocce ball courts will be added, and residents will be able to tune up their golf carts at The Hangar workshop. In addition, canine residents will get pampered at the Barkaritaville Pet Spa.
Plans call for 3,900 homes at build out at Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach. Homes are priced from the low $200,000s and include conch cottages, villas and single-family home designs. Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head was the second location to open, and Latitude Margaritaville Watersound, located on the Emerald Coast in Florida's Panhandle, is projected to open in spring 2021.
The Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach sales center is located at 2400 LPGA Boulevard in Daytona Beach, Florida. The sales center is open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.
