Isles of Collier Preserve Presents at ENMA

Minto Communities’ VP Bill Bullock Updates East Naples Merchants Association on Plans for The Isles of Collier Preserve

NAPLES, FL — Minto Communities’ Vice President Bill Bullock was guest speaker at the June meeting of the East Naples Merchants’ Association (ENMA).  Bullock presented the impressive site plan for Minto’s new 2,400-acre, active lifestyle community — The Isles of Collier Preserve. “The community of East Naples and its businesses are certain to realize a positive impact as Minto’s latest residential development enhances Tamiami Trail East,” stated ENMA Chairman Shirley Calhoun.

The Isles of Collier Preserve is located just minutes east of downtown Naples.  It is bordered on the south by Rookery Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve, on the north by Naples Botanical Garden, and is contiguous to Hamilton Harbor Yacht Club.

More than half of The Isles of Collier Preserve will be dedicated to natural habitat, nature preserve and miles of hiking, biking and kayaking trails.  Plans call for more than 1,600 residences that will look out onto a vast lake, and that will have access to the river system and surrounding nature preserve. According to Bullock, there will be a variety of home styles, sizes and innovative floor plans. An on-site Discovery Center is slated to open in the fall of 2013, and model homes will be open for viewing in January 2014. For information, call 888-693-4306 or visit mintofla.com.
