Construction nearing completion on Minto's Harbour Isle Marina Walk models
Bradenton, FL — Minto Communities announces that construction is nearing completion on luxury resort home models at Marina Walk at Harbour Isle, an award-winning 220-acre island living community across from Anna Maria Island on Anna Maria Sound in Bradenton, Florida. Three resort home models will be introduced at a grand opening in early April.
Marina Walk is Minto’s third neighborhood at Harbour Isle. The first two neighborhoods, Mangrove Walk and Edgewater Walk, sold out soon after opening. Marina Walk’s Nautical Series Home Collection includes the Mariner, Nautica and Oceana floor plans, plus the Mariner Penthouse.
All Marina Walk resort homes will have magnificent views of Anna Maria Sound or the Harbour Isle lagoon. Priced from the $500s, these one-story homes range from 1,483 square feet under air to 1,650 square feet under air. For a limited time, Minto is offering pre-construction pricing and a $15,000 incentive.
Floor plans include two bedroom/two bath and three bedroom/three bath selections and feature luxurious master suites with spacious walk-in closets. Expansive gourmet kitchens include large serving and seating islands and open to dramatic living room and dining room areas. Expansive screened lanais provide outdoor living space and take full advantage of the spectacular views.
While Marina Walk will have its own, private resort-style pool, shade pavilion, splash zone and recreation area with tot lot, homeowners also will enjoy the new 23,000-square-foot Beach Club at Harbour Isle.
Harbour Isle has been developed without utilizing Community Development District (CDD) funding. This means residents won't see annual CDD assessments on their tax bill, which saves them thousands of dollars over the life of their home.
