Keeping Our Communities Safe
Minto Apartments is dedicated to keeping our residents and communities safe because your health and safety are of utmost importance to us. We’re continuing to monitor this rapidly evolving situation while following guidelines issued by the Canadian government. We have taken several measures to ensure that we are aligned with public health guidelines and continue to adapt as things progress.
Enhanced cleaning protocols
For 65 years, our professionally managed apartments have been held to strict cleaning and maintenance standards. Following the guidance of public health officials, we have implemented added measures:
- Enhanced cleaning of all high touch surfaces in common areas (elevator buttons, doorknobs, handrails etc.)
- Personal protective equipment is worn by all staff when in contact with residents
- Quality assurance checks upon completion of all cleaning services

We strive to ensure training and guidance are updated with the changing public health situation so that every team member is equipped with the appropriate materials, equipment and knowledge to maintain resident safety.
Although our Resident Service Centres remain closed, we’re continuing to provide the necessary support and communication digitally or by phone.
