Connections

Brookline has been designed with your well-being in mind, and getting outside to reconnect with nature has never been easier. The multi-use-pathway network within and outside of Brookline is unique in that it connects to everything a new homeowner would need. You’ll be able to walk or cycle to nearby amenities either by exploring the Decommissioned CN Rail Corridor located just behind our new community, or cycling down March Road on the future bicycle lanes. You can also take a moment to reflect, and explore the future pond, and the pathway that will surrounding it. There are so many ways to explore Brookline, and the surrounding area. You can learn more about the new pathway network here.

Community Parks

There’s no shortage of park space in Brookline. Homeowners will be enjoying a completed parkette this year, with more planned for Phase 2. Plus, homes in Phase 2 will be steps away from a beautiful 1-acre park at the community’s entrance, with some facing the future park.

Living in Brookline means you’ll always be within walking distance to community green spaces and able to enjoy play structures, and your favourite outdoor sports.
