The surge was evidenced recently at Minto Communities GTA's Glen Agar community in Etobicoke, an enclave of single-family homes near Kipling Avenue and Rathburn Road that is now sold out.

Minto Communities Ottawa proposes nine-storey mixed-use building in Vanier north 2020-09-11

Minto Communities Ottawa is proposing to construct a mixed-use development in the north end of Vanier that would include more than 250 housing units. A mix of underground and ground-level parking would provide 135 residential spaces for 25 spots for visitors. The plan also calls for more than 34,000 square feet of amenity space, including an outdoor terrace with barbecues, gardens and seating areas.
