Minto Florida Wins Five Eliant Awards 2015-05-13

Minto Communities USA, developer of Harbour Isle in northwest Bradenton, received five Eliant Homebuyers' Choice Premier Awards. Winning homebuilders were selected based on results from more than 72,000 surveys issued by Eliant in 2014 to all recent homebuyers who purchased from more than 128 major U.S. and Canadian home builders.

Minto Communities Canada hasn't needed model homes to sell buyers on its latest low-rise community 30 minutes north of Toronto. The first two blocks of houses released for phase one sold quickly earlier this year. The third block in phase one has prices starting in the low $300,000s for townhouses and mid-$500,000s for detached houses.


April is a banner month for TwinEagles by Ronto 2015-05-10

Minto Florida unveils Dundee neighborhood at TwinEagles 2015-04-27

TwinEagles announced it is accepting reservations for residences within the North Naples gated golf course community’s new Dundee single-family home neighborhood to be developed by Minto Communities USA. It is the third new single-family neighborhood to open at TwinEagles since December 2014 and offers some of the community’s most exquisite views.


Sports-themed condos score with Canadian fans 2015-04-26

A Montreal Canadiens-themed condo project is going up next to the Bell Centre in downtown Montreal. Further, Ottawa is reviving its CFL franchise, the RedBlacks, with the help of a new condo project being built by Minto Communities Canada. The condo tower lured buyers with suites looking out over the end zone of the new TD Place stadium.


Minto opens model court at The Isles of Collier Preserve 2015-04-26

Minto Communities USA recently opened a model court at The Isles of Collier Preserve. Minto offers 43 home designs in the community. Eleven fully-furnished single-family home and villa models are showcased in the model court. They include seven single-family home models and four one-story villa models from Minto’s new classic coastal home collections.


Hurrah to the home builders who put energy efficiency into their new homes 2015-03-28

EnerQuality says energy-efficient adoption has reached 32% of Ontario homes, thanks to builders who believe in it and to buyers who ask for it in their new home. EQ Awards honoured Minto Communities Canada in two categories: Ontario Green Builder of the Year, and the Energy Star for New Homes Builder of the Year in the large volume category.

Homebuyers camp out for chance to live in Queensville 2015-03-19

Two men camped out by the sales office of Minto’s Queen’s Landing Development in Queensville to earn spots in line to buy a yet-to-be-constructed house. Luckily a representative from Minto Communities Canada told them they didn’t have to stay overnight and that as long as they returned by 7 am the next day, they would be first in line.
