Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, FL – February 14, 2017 – Minto Communities USA has completed another successful residential project in South Florida. The homebuilder closed out sales at the 117-residence Villas By The Sea, located in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. Villas By The Sea is an island-inspired, low-rise community with four 4-story buildings. The first two buildings—Oceanside South and Oceanfront South—were both completed by 2009.

Westlake, FL – September 23, 2016 – Minto Communities USA announced that construction has begun on improvements to Seminole Pratt Whitney Road through the newly formed City of Westlake. The improvements consist of major utility infrastructure installation, placing the overhead power underground, as well as widening a 1.5-mile stretch of the roadway. The project will also include the installation of a rural parkway landscape buffer.

Orlando, FL – August 2, 2016 – Minto Communities USA was recognized with ten awards, including two prestigious Grand Aurora Awards, at the 2016 Southeast Building Conference presented by the Southeast Building Council (SEBC) in Orlando. The SEBC presents the largest building industry trade show in the southeast. The 2016 Aurora competition drew 335 entries in 57 categories that were reviewed by a panel of six building industry leaders.
