Fall Work on Site at Ivy Ridge
Our team continues to make the most of the warmer fall days, and work continues to progress on site at Ivy Ridge in Whitby. We are working diligently to maintain our projected objectives and are committed to providing homebuyers with continued updates.

What We’ve Completed
Phase 1 of the north half of Ivy Ridge has seen the completion of earthworks, sewer and watermain installation, as well as roadway construction to base asphalt. Earthworks have also been completed on Phase 1 of the south half of the site.
What’s Happening Now
On the south half of the site, sewers are being installed in Phase 1, while earthworks are nearing completion in Phase 2. Pond excavation is also underway along Thickson Road.
What’s Next
Installation of utility servicing and streetlights will commence shortly, along with the completion of sewer and watermain installation on the south half of Phase 1. Also slated is the commencement of roadway construction.
Phase 2 will soon see the completion of earthworks, and the plumbing permit will be obtained, thereby allowing the start of sewer and watermain installation.
