There are no maintenance costs associated with the townhomes offered in The Heights of Harmony Phase 1.
Homes priced at $500K or less, the minimum down payment is 5%. Homes priced $500K to $1M, the minimum down payment is 5% on the first $500K and 10% on the remaining balance. Homes priced $1M and more, the minimum down payment is 20%. For more information, visit the Government of Canada Website.

Occupancy of Phase 1 is estimated to begin in Fall 2023 at The Heights of Harmony.
