Construction Updates

Phase 2 taking shape!

We are pleased to report significant progress at The Heights of Harmony Phase 2. We have successfully framed 6 blocks of Rear Lane Towns and 4 blocks of Back to Back Towns. Of these, 50% have completed electrical rough-ins, and 40% have finished drywall and taping.

Additionally, we are in the process of installing natural gas and hydro services throughout the site. Road construction is scheduled to commence in mid-September.

We’re excited to share some updates on our construction progress!

Phase 1 has reached 75% completion, unveiling the beautiful streetscapes and harmony within this master-planned community. While construction has also begun on Phase 2! Looking ahead, the curb and sidewalk program is set to start at the end of next month, further enhancing our community's infrastructure. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to move forward.

Foundation Completion

We are pleased to announce the successful installation of all foundations required for the project. This critical phase is complete, setting a solid base for the upcoming stages of construction.

Framing Milestone

Our construction team has made significant headway in the framing phase. More than 50% of the framing work has been initiated, showcasing the shape and structure of the community as it takes form.

Roofing Achievement

Among the framed sections, an impressive 50% have already reached the roofing completion stage. The roofs provide not only protection but also a tangible representation of the project's advancement.

Exterior Cladding Commencement

Simultaneously, the commencement of exterior cladding installation is underway. The installation of materials and textures is beginning to emerge, giving life to the envisioned design aesthetics of each lot. Our team is diligently working to ensure that the cladding aligns with our design vision.

As we move forward, we remain focused on maintaining our momentum. We deeply appreciate the collaborative efforts of everyone involved. We will continue to provide regular updates as we approach the next milestone.
