When can we expect occupancy
Occupancy is well on it's way with many of homeowners already moved-in and enjoying their new home! We're currently in the final phase of possessions and if you haven't received an possession notice and are expecting on please contact Minto's CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE TEAM
Are there any appraisers and/or mortgage brokers that are familiar with The Annex
If you are unable to do your walk-through and would like a representative (appraiser) to do your walk-through on your behalf and/or are looking for a mortgage broker who is familiar with the Annex project HERE or reach us by email at [email protected]
Setting up a lawyer?
If you have not already obtained a lawyer to assist you with closing kindly download a list of residential real estate lawyers who are familiar with the Annex project HERE [email protected]
Canada Post forwarding address?
Details are in your sales agreement, however, our Customer Experience team would be happy to send you more information. You can email Customer Experience at [email protected]. Forwarding your mail as you start officially changing your address can be done online with Canada Post by clicking HERE. Investors will need to register in AB before closing.
