How is construction coming along?

The Annex is complete! Just waiting for some warmer weather to install the rooftop patio furniture and plants for everyone to enjoy the amazing views.


When can we expect occupancy?

We have begun phase 1 of our occupancy PO dates and move-in schedules. Phase 2 will begin shortly, and if you haven't already been contacted regarding your PO date we will be in touch soon.


Are there any appraisers and/or mortgage brokers that are familiar with The Annex

If you are unable to do your walk-through and would like a representative (appraiser) to do your walk-through on your behalf and/or are looking for a mortgage broker who is familiar with the Annex project HERE or reach us by email at [email protected]


Setting up a lawyer?

If you have not already obtained a lawyer to assist you with closing kindly download a list of residential real estate lawyers who are familiar with the Annex project HERE or reach us by email at [email protected]


Canada Post forwarding address?

Details are in your sales agreement, however, our MasterCare manager would be happy to send you more information. You can reach email him at [email protected]. Forwarding your mail as you start officially changing your address can be done online with Canada Post by clicking HERE. Investors will need to register in AB before closing.
