Service Requests
When something's not right call us for service and we'll respond immediately in emergency situations and we'll respond within two business days for less urgent matters. If we can't solve the problem right away, we'll provide a firm commitment date for completing the job. When we need to enter your home to carry out inspections or repairs we'll show respect for your home. Afterward to tell us how we're doing and where we can improve our service to you.
Customer Satisfaction Promise
If you are not completely satisfied with your new home, we'll either make it right for you or you can cancel your lease with no obligation in the first seven days.

Resident referrals
Refer a friend to a Minto in the Greater Toronto Area and when your friend has moved into their new rental home, both you and your friend will receive $150! Refer as many people as you like - there's no limit!
