We are so excited about our upcoming development at 620 Martin Grove Road in Etobicoke! Part of our Richgrove Village, this building is mainly geared towards affordable seniors' housing.

Wednesday, June 29th at the site we had an event with the TCHC and officially presented the property/project details.

There is a long waitlist so the rental office has been really buzzing over the past few weeks!!

We received a wonderful plaque from the City Council as well in honour of the 204 new homes for seniors we are creating. They say it "makes a powerful positive contribution to Toronto's economic and social well-being. It enables people to live independently and contribute to their community." Thanks to the City of Toronto and Governments of Ontario and Canada for contributing as well!!
