By submission of this request I hereby authorize a member of the Resident Service Team to enter my home to complete the work stated above.
Non-emergency service requests will be investigated and/or completed within one (1) business day. There may be a need to contact an outside contractor in order to complete the repair. A member of our Resident Service Team will contact you to coordinate the repair outstanding.
