A: The majority of our buildings feature covered parking, but three do not. The following buildings have outdoor parking only: 105 Cherryhill Blvd., 115 Cherryhill Place & 230 Platts Lane.

Q: Can I request a specific floor, or an apartment facing a particular direction?

A: You are welcome to specify the floor and/or side you prefer and we will try to find an apartment matching your preferences. Should an exact match be unavailable, we can show you alternatives or you could wait until one that suits your needs becomes available.

Q: Which buildings are closest to Cherryhill Mall?

A: Buildings closest to the mall are 110 & 120 Cherryhill (directly behind the mall). Very close to the Shoppers Drug Mart entrance is 230 Platts Lane (behind the T.D. Bank). Buildings 105 & 115 Cherryhill Blvd. are just across the road from Cherryhill Mall.

Q: What laundry facilities do you supply? Are there lots of washers and dryers?

A: The laundry room is located on the first or second floor of each building. There are several washers and dryers in each laundry room.

Q: How many appliances?

A: A fridge and stove are supplied. 695 Proudfoot lane have dishwashers.

Q: Can I install a satellite dish on my balcony?

A: Sorry, satellite dishes are not allowed due to the risk of personal injury and property damage.

Q: Does Cherryhill have on-site security?

A: Yes. We have on-site security.

Q: What activities do we have for seniors?

A: We have the Senior's Activity Club that meets at 190 Cherryhill Circle. There are also a number of other groups & activities for Seniors within your community.

Q: Is there close access to bus stops?

A: Yes, London Transit has many stops along the Cherryhill and Proudfoot apartment grounds. Various routes run through this area. For more information contact London Transit.

Q: Do you have a swimming pool?

A: Yes. We have a accessible outdoor pool (barrier free) located between 115 CherryHill Blvd and 201 Westfield Drive.

Q: Do you have a gym or Health Club?

A: Yes! The Cherryhill Village Health Club opened in March 2012 and is testimony to Minto’s commitment to inspiring life and a healthy lifestyle for its residents. The facility is a vast contemporary space with modern equipment, including a pool, hot tub, saunas, yoga studio, weights and private showers and change rooms. The Health Club is free for residents and is open 7 days a week.
