When something's not right call us for service and we'll respond immediately in emergency situations and we'll respond within two business days for less urgent matters. If we can't solve the problem right away, we'll provide a firm commitment date for completing the job. When we need to enter your home to carry out inspections or repairs we'll show respect for your home. Afterward to tell us how we're doing and where we can improve our service to you.
Customer Satisfaction Promise
If you are not completely satisfied with your new home, we'll either make it right for you or you can cancel your lease with no obligation in the first seven days.

Certified Rental Building Program
Minto was the first residential management company to be a part of the Certified Rental Building (CRB) Program when it launched in June 2008. The CRB Program was developed by the Federation of Rental-Housing Providers of Ontario to provide rental housing consumers with a quality assurance alternative they can count on when selecting their rental apartment home. Also, The CRB Program is the only multi-residential apartment building “certification” program in North America, which assures tenants they are choosing a well-run, well-managed building each and every time they select their home in a Certified Rental Building.
