  George joins me in thanking you for arranging our stay at  38 Elm Street, Suite 1103.  We would like you to know how wonderful the staff at this property is in  helping to make the experience so wonderful.  The housekeeping staff (Debbie and Emilie,) concierge, maintenance staff and guests services (Alicia) all went beyond expectations to make us feel comfortable and welcome.  Many thanks to all.


 Just wanted to touch base and let you know how efficient your staff is in making us feel welcome and meeting our needs. They delivered everything to our suite and Emily was in to drop off more dishes. She is a sweetie and you are so fortunate to have her.
I see there is an exercise class tonight which I think I will attend. Nice to have things like that right here especially with Peter not being that mobile.

   Thank you for everything so far. My girlfriend and I have enjoyed staying at your suite, it is very comfortable and very well kept, on this basis we will be recommending Minto to our friends.  
I wanted to send you a quick e mail to acknowledge three of your staff members at 150 Roehampton. Pauline, Lily and Peter were always so polite and helpful.  Often as I was leaving the building Pauline or Lily would stop for a moment to say a quick Hello and asked if everything was going well for us.  I was always greeted with a smile and a wish for a good day.  It is not too often nowadays to receive this simple but yet pleasant courtesy  They both know how to treat customers in a polite and respectful way.
