The complete pool and fitness centre in our downtown Ottawa hotel will meet all your needs from the tranquillity of a soak in our hot tub to working off stress in our weight room or relaxing on our sun deck.

Our aquatics centre offers a 20 metre lap pool, whirlpool and sauna. The fitness centre is furnished with the finest state-of-the-art equipment commercially available, allowing the user the opportunity to get a complete strength and cardiovascular work-out with no omissions. Lifecycles, Liferowers, treadmills, a Lifestep and free-weight stations ensure a well-balanced program.

Pool and Fitness Centre hours of operation are:

Monday to Friday
6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Weekends & Holidays
7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Adult Only* (quiet time) Swim Hours
Sundays to Thursdays from 9:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
