It pays to be a loyal customer! With the Minto Loyalty Program, existing Minto homeowners who purchase a new Minto home in Ottawa within ten years of occupying their primary residence get big rewards. Whether you're upsizing, downsizing or simply want a change, here's what the program gives you:
- 1.5% of the net selling price net of discounts towards Design Centre options for 2nd new home purchase
- 1.75% of the net selling price net of discounts towards Design Centre options for 3rd new home purchase
- 2% of the net selling price net of discounts towards Design Centre options for 4th new home purchase

Referral Program
It pays to refer a friend! With the Minto Referral Program, Minto homeowners who refer a friend or family member to Minto - who, in turn, go on to purchase a new Ottawa home - receive a $1,000 thank you reward! What's more, your friend or family member will also receive $1,000. It truly is a win-win program!

Rental Rewards
Start today - you'll save $1,800 in 3 years! It's easy. Just by renting an Ottawa apartment from Minto, you'll be credited with Rental Reward Dollars to go towards the purchase of a new Minto home. How much? You'll receive $50 per month for the first 3 years. That means...
- After only 1 year, you will earn $600.
- After 3 years, you will earn $1,800.
- Each additional year, you will receive $150 per year.

Your Rental Reward Dollars are yours to spend as you wish on your new Minto home. Put them towards new home upgrades at the Minto Design Centre, mortgage payments, or use them to buy that new sofa you've always wanted.
As soon as you take possession of your new home in Ottawa, you will receive a cheque in the amount of the total Rental Reward Dollars that you have accumulated.
